Consumerisation Research Workshop 1: 13th October 2011

Objective

The aims of this first workshop of the IAAC Consumerisation Programme were to:

1. Identify the major IA issues that arise from consumerisation

2. Set an initial agenda for the next five workshops

Round-table discussion to further the objective of the workshop, under the Chatham House rule.
