This is the full final report of an Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC)-funded project on Early Warning & Threat Assessment for Information Assurance, project number R022250174. The project lasted from 1 October 1999 to 31 March 2001.

The grant was held by Dr Andrew Rathmell at King’s College London. Mr James Dorschner was employed as the Research Associate and Mr Michael Knights as the Research Student. A number of interns assisted with the project.
