Governance

IAAC is governed by a Board that consists of:

• Non-executive Chairman
• Two non-executive directors
• Executive members, one from each sponsor
• Two officers - vice-chairman and company secretary
• Two observers
• Representatives from the Government Liaison Panel are invited to attend the bi-annual Board meetings.

Day-to-day operation is undertaken by the vice-chairman and company secretary. They are advised by the Management Committee, a non-executive body consisting of six elected members of the IAAC Community of Interest, sponsor representatives, members of Government and Academic Liaison Panels.
